Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 21, 2026

AbSculpt AI ("AbSculpt AI", "we", "us") is operated by Laura Atenogenes, based in the United States. This policy explains what we collect when you use the AbSculpt AI app (the scan, your routines, your account) and the marketing site, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how you can get it deleted.

Contact for any privacy question or request: support@absculpt.ai.

1. What we collect

We only collect what the app actually needs to work:

We do not ask for your date of birth, phone number, location, or any payment details — Hotmart, our payment processor, handles your card or payment method directly. We never see or store it.

2. How we use it

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your scan photos for advertising.

3. Who we share it with

We use a small number of outside providers to run AbSculpt AI. Each one only gets the data it needs to do its job:

ProviderWhat it doesWhat it sees
SupabaseDatabase, login, and photo storageYour account data, scan history, and photos (private storage — not public)
Anthropic (Claude)Reads your scan photo and generates the diagnosisThe photo you upload, only at the moment you scan
VercelHosts the appStandard web traffic to run the site — no scan data
ResendSends login codes and transactional emailsYour email address
HotmartProcesses your payment and subscriptionYour payment details and the email you check out with

None of these providers are allowed to use your data for their own purposes — they only process it to deliver the app to you.

4. Your photo, specifically

Your scan photos are stored in a private storage bucket that only your account can access — there is no public link to your photos, ever. We do not use your photos to train AI models, and we do not share them with anyone beyond the AI provider that generates your diagnosis (Anthropic), for that single purpose.

Do not send us anything you wouldn't want anyone else to see. Avoid including passwords, financial information, or anything unrelated to your body scan in any text field.

5. AI processing and international transfer

When you scan, your photo is sent to Anthropic (Claude), our AI provider, to generate your diagnosis. Anthropic is based in the United States, so this involves a transfer of your photo outside your own country. Anthropic's standard API terms mean your data isn't used to train their models. By uploading a scan, you consent to this processing.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep your scans, routines, and account data for as long as your account is active, so your progress history stays available to you. If you ask us to delete your account (see below), we delete your photos, scans, and profile — we don't keep a copy "just in case."

7. Your rights and deleting your account

You can ask us, at any time, to:

To do any of this, email support@absculpt.ai from the address on your account. We'll confirm your identity and process the request. If you're a California resident, these rights are also protected under the CCPA/CPRA; if you're elsewhere in Latin America, your local data protection law applies the same way — the request process is the same either way.

8. Minimum age

AbSculpt AI is intended for users 18 years of age or older. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used the app, contact us and we'll remove the account.

9. Changes to this policy

If we make a material change to how we handle your data, we'll update the date at the top of this page and email active users before the change takes effect — we won't change the rules on you silently.
