Terms of Service

Last updated: September 8, 2026

These Terms govern your use of AbSculpt AI, operated by Laura Atenogenes ("we", "us") from the United States. By scanning, creating an account, or subscribing, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. What AbSculpt AI is

AbSculpt AI analyzes a photo you upload using AI, then generates a personalized ab workout routine and nutrition guidance based on that analysis. Access is sold as a subscription through Hotmart and delivered through this web app, hosted on Vercel with data stored in Supabase.

2. What we don't promise

AbSculpt AI gives you AI-generated guidance, not a guarantee. Your results depend on your own effort, consistency, diet, genetics, and factors outside our control. We don't promise a specific amount of fat loss, a specific timeline, or that your abs will look a particular way. Localized fat loss (losing fat from one exact spot on demand) isn't something any product — including this one — can guarantee, and we don't claim otherwise.

See our AI Disclosure for the full limitation on AI-generated content — it applies to every diagnosis, routine, and nutrition target this app produces.

3. Acceptable use

By using AbSculpt AI, you agree not to:

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these rules, with or without notice, depending on severity.

4. Your account

Your account is created either when you subscribe (through Hotmart's checkout) or when you sign up directly with your email. You're responsible for keeping access to your email secure, since that's how you log in. You can close your account and delete your data at any time — see our Privacy Policy.

5. Subscriptions and billing

6. Weekly scan limits

Because each scan runs a real AI analysis, paid plans include a limited number of scans per week. If you reach your limit, the app will tell you exactly when your next scan becomes available — it's a fair-use limit, not a hidden restriction.

7. Intellectual property

The AbSculpt AI app, its design, and its content belong to us. Your scan photos and the data generated from them belong to you — we don't claim ownership over your photos or your personal results.

8. Limitation of liability

AbSculpt AI is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any decision you make based on the AI-generated diagnosis, routine, or nutrition guidance. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved through the courts with jurisdiction where we operate, unless local consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you a mandatory right to a different forum — those local protections aren't overridden by this clause.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be announced by email to active subscribers before they take effect, and the date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest version.
