The First Scan Guarantee

If AbSculpt AI doesn't show you what's holding your abs back, you can request a full refund within 15 days — no questions asked. To request it, email support@absculpt.ai with the email address on your account.

How refunds are processed

All payments for AbSculpt AI are processed by Hotmart, our payment processor. When you request a refund within the window above, we approve it and Hotmart issues the refund to your original payment method — Hotmart's own refund timelines apply from there (typically a few business days, depending on your payment method and country).

Once a refund is approved, your account access is removed automatically — this happens the same way for a refund, a chargeback, or any other reversal Hotmart reports to us.

Your 7-day right of withdrawal (if you're in Brazil)

If you're a consumer in Brazil, you have a legal right under the Consumer Defense Code (CDC) to withdraw from any online purchase within 7 days, for any reason, with a full refund. Hotmart operates this window automatically for Brazilian buyers, and our 15-day guarantee above is never shorter than this legal minimum.

Renewals aren't automatically refunded

The 15-day guarantee covers your first charge only. If your subscription renews and you no longer want it, cancel before the renewal date — in the app go to Profile → Manage subscription (it opens Hotmart), click the ⋯ menu on your AbSculpt AI purchase, then Payment management and cancel — rather than waiting for the charge and requesting a refund. Your price and trial length are shown before you start, and your renewal date is in your Hotmart account.

Canceling vs. refunding

These are two different things. Canceling stops future renewals but doesn't refund what you've already paid — you keep access until the end of your current billing period. A refund reverses a charge and ends access immediately. See our Terms of Service for how cancellation works.
